Each layer includes a status, truth-state, and next gate. These are formation-stage design objects.
System Direction
The architectural intent for an AI-native financial intelligence system. Defines how information enters, is labeled, reviewed, and governed—without claiming a live product exists.
Observation Layer
Planned ingestion and normalization layer for market data, filings, events, and unstructured signals. Designed to produce attributed, timestamped observation records.
Evidence Layer
Planned layer for source traceability, evidence gating, and confidence posture. Intended to block low-quality or incomplete information before it reaches reasoning.
Review Layer
Planned human-in-the-loop review stage for AI-generated proposals. Includes simulation requirements, risk boundary checks, and operator approval queues.
Governance Layer
Planned policy enforcement layer for decision boundaries, compliance checks, and audit logging. No autonomous action without explicit operator acknowledgment.
Audit Memory
Planned immutable record of observations, decisions, revisions, and overrides. Built for post-hoc review, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Internal Prototype Next
The next internal target is a prototype demonstrating the observation-to-review pipeline. No client use, no production trading, no live capital operations.
Current Phase
Foundation stage.
Veldarium Capital is not yet operating as a public investment fund, registered investment adviser, or broker-dealer. The current phase is foundation building: clarifying thesis, publishing research memos, designing architecture, and establishing compliance boundaries.
The modules on this page are design targets. None are completed production systems. They represent the roadmap Veldarium Technology Systems is actively designing toward.
